Royal Mail Shipping
It’s important that we get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship all UK orders the same day when ordered before 2.00pm (Monday-Friday) excluding bank holidays and there is Free shipping on all UK orders over £25.00
If you’re based outside the UK we offer cheap and fast shipping worldwide, with all parcels sent tracked so you trace the package every step of the way.

DPD Next Day Delivery only applies if the order is placed before 2pm Thursday – all orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday (excl. Bank Holidays) unless the DPD Saturday premium service is selected.
DPD Next working Day doesn't include Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands. Orders to these countries default to a 2 day service and may encounter extra costs.

**If an item is returned to us by your local customs office, we can provide a refund minus any postage costs we have incurred. If an item is seized by your local customs office, it will be your responsibility to resolve the issue.
Please note for EU and rest of the world, shipping, the prices above DO NOT include import and duty fees, we are not liable if you are charged import duty at any rates outside of the UK. Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
UK Express & International deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.
If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card telling you where it is. When placing your order online, you can specify a different delivery address to your payment address, if this is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
Returns
How To Return Your Products
If you need to return or exchange an item, please email info@honesthemp.co.uk or use the contact form, stating your name, details, order number and reason for return.
All returns/exchanges will be made no later than 14 days from when your shipment is received.
All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
All returns will be refunded to the account used for payment.
No refund allowed for any product after 14 days.
Vape Simple reserves the right to modify these terms/policies.
You agree that you will regularly check and review these terms/policies to keep informed of any changes.
Faulty Items
Please send an email to info@honesthemp.co.uk immediately.
Maximum returned postage will only be refunded of the amount charged by Honest Hemp.
Incorrect Items
If you have been sent an incorrect item please contact us immediately stating ‘incorrect item’. Once we have received the incorrect item we will then arrange to get your correct order resent via next day delivery and will refund the postage.
Product Warranty
Please refer to ‘best before’ dates on product packaging to determine product life. However, we guarantee a minimum of 12 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.
